Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Sector Analyst in terms of analysis, forecasting and communication with investors.
* Develop an expertise in an specific sector.
* Establish a close dialogue with leading Mexican companies in these sectors.
* Proactive communication with Santander teams Mexico, Sao Paulo New York, and London.
* Learn about the equity markets by tracking listed-company news and results.
* Maintain financial models and propose forecasts using different valuation methodologies.
* Collaboration with analysts in other sectors and overall Equity Strategy teams.

Requirements:
* Self-motivated learner with a desire to develop a career in international finance.
* Strong analytical skills. Flexible in working hours. Excellent spoken and written English.
* Having works with financial models, and with pre-disposition for attention to detail.
* Experience (4-7 years) in either equity research, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, accounting or similar.
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business. High grades and international experience are a plus. Master's Degree also a plus.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Bloomberg and/or Capital IQ knowledge a plus
