Position Summary
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by keeping complex sales operations running smoothly? In this role, you ensure that all deliveries are created accurately and that customer planning is aligned and optimized. You work closely with internal teams and directly with customers to build plans that support the best possible commercial outcome.

Role and Responsibilities

How you make a difference
As a Sales Administration Officer, you play a central role in coordinating orders, creating deliveries, and maintaining a reliable planning flow toward our customers. You manage order accuracy, oversee delivery creation, monitor backorders, and respond to ad-hoc requests from the business.
Your work combines operational precision, customer interaction, and internal alignment. With your structured approach and eye for detail, you help the team maintain control and support customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage deliveries in close collaboration with logistics
* Handle complete B2B order processing, including updates to internal teams and customers
* Prepare and adjust weekly backorder status and ensure accurate follow-up
* Build and maintain delivery planning together with customers
* * Support forecasting and demand processes with the potential to grow into a Demand Analyst role
* Provide planning input that helps Key Account Managers optimize commercial outcomes
* Prepare reports, conduct analyses, and support management with ad-hoc operational requests
* Provide cross-departmental support on audits, returns, credits, and related operational matters
Your team
You will join a close-knit team of six colleagues consisting of Sales Administration Officers, Demand Analysts, and Supply Chain Coordinators. The team works collaboratively, communicates openly, and engages daily with multiple departments across Samsung. The environment is international, fast-paced, and solution-driven. Leadership provides clear direction while giving you the freedom to take initiative, contribute ideas, and help improve processes.

You work with precision, ensuring accuracy in every step of the process, and you communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers. You enjoy working with data, keeping processes under control, and supporting stakeholders in a professional and proactive way. You switch easily between operational tasks and customer interaction, and you feel comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment. Your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and resolve issues efficiently helps the team operate at a consistently high level.
We also request:
* A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
* Experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar operational role
* Experience with SAP and Excel
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Analytical ability and a structured, accurate way of working
* Comfort working with customers and internal stakeholders
* Bachelor-level working and thinking
* Fluency in Dutch and English
