Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager SAP you will excel by leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as a Project Manager SAP, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

You will play a critical role in managing the delivery of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) projects and solutions to clients. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of SAP projects, from initiation to closure, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations. Effective communication, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of SAP technologies are essential for excelling in this role.

Your primary responsibilities include:
* Project Planning and Coordination

* Team Management; Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will be directly contributing to the safety and wellbeing of Norway and Norwegian citizens and NATO community by improving and expending the SAP footprint while taking the highest security standards for granted. Our client(s) has/have one of the most complex SAP environment in Norway with many modules implemented state of the art.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* Extensive Project Management experience with a minimum of one end-to-end SAP implementation from project preparation to go-live.
* Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and system integration; extensive experience as a SAP consultant, SAP Architect, SAP Project Manager or similar.
* Great collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål) and English
