What you'll be doing:As a Sustainability Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping Avon's purpose-led and science-based approach to sustainability. You'll work at the heart of our Central Sustainability team, driving innovation and embedding sustainability into product development and material sourcing. This is a strategic role where you'll influence decisions across multiple functions, ensuring our products and supply chains meet the highest sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities:

What you'll be working on:

* Leading sustainable product development initiatives by setting KPIs, embedding criteria, and creating monitoring frameworks.

* Partnering with innovation leads to define sustainability strategies and support breakthrough sustainable innovations.

* Driving development of credible green claims for our products.

* Updating and implementing procurement policies for critical and high-concern materials.

* Advising on sustainability risks and opportunities in complex global supply chains.

* Leading remediation and impact projects for high-risk materials such as mica, cotton, pulp & paper, and cosmetic ingredients.

* Collaborating with procurement, R&D, and legal teams to ensure traceability and compliance.

What we're looking for:

* 2-3 years of experience in sustainability roles, with proven leadership in product development and/or sustainable sourcing.

* Experience in managing ethical, social, and environmental impacts in global supply chains.

* Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to cost planning.

* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data management capabilities.
