We are looking for a Business/Data Analyst to join the CAS Ops Team, supporting operational excellence across our Salesforce ecosystem and analytics platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data visualization, and a collaborative mindset.

In this role, a typical day will include:
* Collaborate with CAS Ops stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
* Support Salesforce-related operations, including data validation, process optimization, and issue resolution.
* Conduct dashboard testing and validation across Tableau, QuickSight, and other platforms.
* Optionally, contribute to building and maintaining workflows in Alteryx to streamline data processing and reporting-ideal for candidates interested in expanding their technical scope.
* Assist in documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
* 2-4 years of experience in business/data analysis or a related field.
* High-level understanding of Tableau, QuickSight, Salesforce, and Alteryx-including how these platforms support business processes and BI solutions.
* Strong grasp of data structures, ETL concepts, and visualization principles.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
* Familiarity with clinical applications or healthcare data is a plus.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
