IT Ops Specialist

The expected salary for this position 9600 - 14000 PLN
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you:
* have solid experience with Windows Server and SQL Server environments,
* have hands-on experience in operational support within production systems,
* have proficiency in PowerShell scripting,
* are familiarity with Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines for automation,
* have the understanding of lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability remediation,
* have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
* have effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Your responsibilities:
* perform daily operational tasks (BAU), including monitoring, incident response, and routine maintenance,
* handle client requests and service tickets in line with agreed SLAs,
* document operational activities and technical procedures according to internal standards,
* provide application-level support: identify and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliances,
* participate in recurring application processes (e.g., daily banking open/close routines),
* execute lifecycle management tasks: patching, updates, and component maintenance,
* automate operational workflows using PowerShell and Azure Pipelines,
* continuously improve and optimize existing processes and procedures,
* collaborate with development, security, and business teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Information about the squad:
Our team supports dedicated client end to end on Microsoft technologies-primarily Windows Server and SQL Server.
