Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

Your responsibilities

* Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of Talent Management programs, including working with external training providers and internal program stakeholders, managing program schedules, participant enrollment, and program communications, and workshop/program set-up and support both in virtual and live, face-to-face delivery settings
* Create and update learning content with guidance from program owners
* Utilize TE's learning management system (LMS) for program scheduling and participant enrollment management
* Manage financial processes for Talent Management programs including creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and processing chargebacks
* Document delivery processes for new programs and review/improve processes for existing programs
* Provide project management for smaller GTM project activities (i.e. translation of program materials)
* Support Talent Management team members in the creation of program facilitation and communication materials as needed for new programs
* Collaborate with other program coordinators on the deployment of global programs and initiatives

What your background should look like:

* Degree in Education/HR/Business (Bachelor's degree a plus) and 1-2 yrs of business experience in managing projects and/or programs
* Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English; upper intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency desired
* An attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time to complete time sensitive activities
* The ability to effectively manage multiple programs and activities in a fast paced environment
* Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Teams
* Experience with SAP, collaboration applications, content creation tools, and learning management systems (LMS) a plus
* Experience in creating and managing communications for programs and other initiatives
* Availability to periodically adjust work schedule to support various time zones in the Asia/Pacific, Americas, and EMEA regions as needed
* The willingness to work with and collaborate with a diverse group of global team members and TE employees
* A natural curiosity, strong desire to learn, and an interest in improving processes and programs
