About the Role
The Procurement System Administrator will be mainly responsible for validating supplier requests, registration questionnaires and following up the ServEss tickets.
In this role the main task will be to work with supplier enablement in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.

What You Will Do
* Submit/validate supplier request
* Validate external registration questionnaire and escalate to the responsible category/ procurement manager in case of incompliance occurs
* Maintain and validate master data within procurements responsibility
* Provide insight to improve system efficiency
* Provide end user training as needed
* Respond and contact suppliers in case of missing documents in Business Network
* Support material planning teams in the factories or planning hub on procurement related tasks

Who you Are
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT or equivalent.
* Minimum experience working with SAP Ariba.
* Appreciated knowledge in supplier enablement Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC).
* Fluency in English.
* Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and methods.
* Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
