WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· 2+ years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes
· Experience working with Qualtrics, Medallia or other tools for building online surveys
· Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; experienced in cooperation with stakeholders
· Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; ability to influence
· Manage multiple projects with tight timelines, from planning through to on-time delivery, demonstrating strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
· English (business communication proficiency)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Purpose of the job:
As a Qualtrics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance the overall experience for clients and customers. The primary purpose of this job is to design, script, and manage surveys using the Qualtrics platform to gather valuable insights and data for the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their survey needs, translating those needs into effective survey designs, and ensuring the accurate and efficient collection of data. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Principal Accountabilities:
· Design and script surveys using the Qualtrics platform, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective in capturing the required data
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand survey objectives and requirements
· Implement advanced survey logic, branching, and custom coding as needed to enhance survey functionality
· Develop integration of the results into the system landscape of our customers
· Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and tools
· Support and advise customers on the implementation of customer experience solution
