We are seeking a talented Workday Service Delivery Consultant with French to join our Digital Service Managers team in Cluj-Napoca.

You will join the Service Managers team as a Consultant, working closely with an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for one or more client accounts. This high-value hybrid role blends Workday functional expertise with contract and service management: you will ensure deliverable quality and contractual fulfilment, independently resolve most requests, and engage senior specialists for complex topics. You will contribute to operational service management, client relationship building, and continuous improvement of our Workday service offering.

We will count on you to:
* Ensure contractual commitments are met.
* Manage monthly billing: track time, validate invoices and handle billing queries or disputes.
* Qualify and triage incoming client requests: verify completeness of requests, assess impact/weighting and route to the right resources or escalate when necessary.
* Independently handle the majority of Workday configuration, maintenance and enhancement requests.
* Engage specialist consultants for complex functional or technical topics and coordinate client acceptance testing and production migrations.
* Own one or more client accounts in support mode: run client committees, provide activity reporting, advise clients and identify evolving needs.
* Promote Mercer's complementary consulting and service offerings to clients.
* Apply Mercer methodologies, standards and best practices; capture and share knowledge to drive continuous improvement; escalate sensitive issues per governance.

What you need to have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Audit, Payroll, Information Systems or related field.
* Experience in HR, Payroll and/or support management preferably within an HRIS/ERP environment.
* Ability to understand client needs and HR processes and translate them into Workday configuration.
* Basic project management and HR solution deployment knowledge.
* Strong client focus, rigor, excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently, within a team and remotely.
* Fluent English and French are required.

* Experience managing client accounts or leading support streams in a Service Delivery model.
* Track record of analysing requirements, identifying gaps and proposing practical Workday solutions.
* Experience coordinating onshore/offshore teams or working with cross-functional teams.
