Your tasks

The challenges that we propose for your role are:
* Support the Public Standard Team in the area of Order Management and Standards Research;
* Investigate appropriate sources for documents, follow up on internal document orders;
* Licence management of documents in internal database for Legal Technical Regulations, Public Standards as well as for Internal Technical Standards (WISDOM tool);
* Maintaining meta data entries in WISDOM database up-to-date;
* Smart report management to further develop WISDOM related dashboards;
* Maintain WISDOM Connext site. Read more Read less

Your profile

This is what it takes to be successful in this position:
* Self-driven person to research and follow-up orders in system in a remote environment
* Technical understanding and service orientation in order management (multi-tasking, able to work on several research jobs in parallel)
* IT knowledge for database management
* English is must, German is highly preferred due to customer base Read more Read less
