Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.

The Business Management Specialist (BM) is part of Infra Chief Operating Office division (iCOO), and he/she provides governance, financial, project management and FTE management support services for CIO, including Domain Lead, Sub-domain Leads, Program and Project Managers. The BM plays a proactive role in knowledge management to promote the methods and standards and ensures appropriate application of the project management

Responsibilities
* Responsible for planning, budgeting and forecast processes for the domain or sub-domain(s) assigned, in line with the Deutsche Bank group procedures.
* Monitor and link the financials with delivery roadmap, proactively propose and implement the necessary updates in the systems to solve any deviations from the baseline in line with Change Governance Framework.
* Organize and coordinate different financial ceremonies at domain / sub-domain level and actively contribute to the meetings defined by the governance framework.
* Implement in Deutsche Bank's systems the Target Workforce Structure, monitor the FTE and Financial Plans, including support in hiring process and onboarding.
* Manage external spending, maintain communication with vendors and monitor the completion of purchase requests in line with targets and internal processes.

Skills
* Previous working experience in complex IT projects and fast-paced environments and good understanding of IT delivery framework
* Strong communication skills, ability to provide concise and managerial answers to a wide array of business-related topics.
* Analytic thinking, good understanding of project finance, translating figures into facts and actions and technology investments into business value.
* Strategic problem-solving and decision-making with limited guidance.
* Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
