Responsibilities:
* The main task facing the Quality Specialist is to ensure proper support to product release process and proper functioning of e2e EEU GMP inspections process.
* The Quality Specialist is the main back-up person for the process of confirmation of the compliance of medicinal products imported into the territory of the Russian Federation with the requirements established during its state registration.

The Quality Specialist is required to perform the following job functions:
* Ensure that all documents and information required for quality release are available in a timely manner.
* Ensure that release process is properly maintained and focused on business needs.
* Ensure that e2e EEU GMP process is managed on timely manner according to the company's business plan: coordination and submission of documents to EEU Authorities, GMP inspection organization, communication with the site and Authority to complete the CAPA.
* Review, negotiate and approve quality agreements with manufacturing sites to ensure that Products supplied comply with locally registered data.
* Ensure the proper functioning of processes and systems for the timely internal release of products to the market in accordance with the requirements of the Company and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
* Ensure that processes and systems are in place to process consumer complaints in a timely manner.
* Conduct deviation assessments, ensure timely investigation of deviations, coordinate proposals for corrective and preventive actions, ensure proper documentation of incidents in accordance with Company requirements, participate in the incident committee, coordinate Product recalls if necessary.
* Conduct an assessment of the change, ensure proper documentation and compliance of the implementation of the change with the Company's requirements.

Required profile:
A person applying for the position of Quality Specialist must meet the following requirements:
* Higher education in the field of medicine / pharmacy / chemistry / biotechnology;
* Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
* Interpersonal communication skills with representatives of other cultures, developed communication skills;
* Skills and experience in negotiating with external vendors;
* Proficient level of English proficiency
* Discipline, the ability, within the limits of the given independence, to organize one's activities and rationally use working time.
