We are currently looking for a management consultant, ideally with no more than 2 year of experience working in operational strategy or change management projects.
As a Consultant, your key responsibilities will be
Key responsibilities:
* Participating in projects with leading financial institutions, multinationals in FMCG, Luxury companies, in their operational strategy management, change and transformation projects
* Be an active team member and provide support to Senior Consultants and Managers for the successful execution of client projects
* Working closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
* Sharing consulting best practices with the team
* Prepare material to support business development initiatives

Compétences

* No more than 2 years and minimum 6 months of relevant internship / working experience and capabilities in business analysis
* Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance industries or non-FI in FMCG/luxury
* Experience in the management consulting industry is ideal
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Engineering or Science from a reputable and well-established university
* Master's Degree is an added bonus, but not a must
* Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Knowledge of ServiceNow and a technology background would be desirable
