What will your role involve?
As an Operations Analyst, you'll support transformation projects focused on operational efficiency and digitalization in the financial sector.
* Assist in analyzing and optimizing operational processes in banking and finance
* Contribute to projects focused on back-office and middle-office digitalization
* Gather and process data for reporting and decision-making
* Support implementation of tools like business analytics, RPA, and process mining
* Communicate across teams and support day-to-day operations

What makes you a great fit:
* University degree in economics, business administration, business informatics, business engineering or a related field
* Graduate or approx. 1 year of experience in banking, asset/wealth management or consulting
* Passion for technology and its business applications
* Open-minded approach to finding innovative solutions and willingness to learn new tools
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills-daily collaboration with clients and team
* Motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset
* German and English fluency (C1 level)-you'll be working with German-speaking clients and teams

Contract type: full-time
Wage (gross): From 1 900 EUR/month (base salary is 1 600 EUR + regular monthly bonus 300 EUR for knowledge of the German language)
