What you´ll do

* Close cooperation and partnership with multiple business stakeholders from HCB Global Controlling & Finance in Henkel's regional HQ
* Reporting and analysis of financial performance, supporting decision-making in Finance and Controlling
* Participation in end-to-end coordination of Quarterly Business Dialogue process
* Supporting on-demand requests and ad-hoc financial reports
* Identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting workflows
* Potential to leverage BI tools to recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting

* Business-related studies, preferably in Finance and Controlling
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective communication skills
* Active level of English, written & spoken
* Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
* Proactive and can-do attitude
* Team player, willing to learn and constantly improve

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
