YOUR ROLE

* Daily cooperation with local colleagues based in various countries

* Order entry management

* Creation of complaints

* Creation of returns

* Verifying the completeness and correctness of inserted data (strong focus on details)

* Working on continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality or decrease time including testing systems and tools

YOUR SKILLS

* Secondary education/university with focus on finance is an advantage
* Advanced level of German language and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
* Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
* Proactive approach, able to work in a dynamic work environment
* Organizational and analytical skills
* Team player with a can-do attitude
