Euro Auctions is seeking a university graduate to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated graduates interested in carving a successful career in a unique industry.
6-12 MONTH TRAINING PROGRAM:
In this program you will receive training at headquarters in Northern Ireland to become an Office Administrator for our Auction site in Zaragoza, Spain. You’ll be exposed to 6 - 12 months of hands-on learning, surrounding every aspect of the administrator job role.
Office administrator main duties include:
•Oversee all administration associated with the running of an auction as well as performing other routine administrative tasks.
•Provide a high level of customer service to both Buyers and Sellers.
•Process Contracts to Auction in keeping with company deadlines.
•Stock Input and Data Entry.
•Assist with Auction Credit Control.
•Organise all auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
•Liaise with yard staff to ensure all items are received to stock.
If successful in your training period, you will be offered a permanent Office Administrator Role at Euro Auctions at its Zaragoza site in Spain.
This is a rewarding role for a highly flexible, detail orientated individual who is looking for experience in a busy and diverse administrative position. Candidate Requirements include:
•Available to relocate to Northern Ireland for 6 - 12 months (subsidised accommodation supplied)
•Highly organised and detail orientated with the ability to prioritise and forward plan
•Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
•Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
•Reliable with desire to exceed expectations.
•Goal driven individual eager to learn our methods
•A self-starter with the ability to plan ahead
•Excellent administrative and customer service skills
•Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken)
•Must have studied a business related discipline
•Systems orientated with ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems
•A Valid Passport and ability to travel
•High level of data entry, keen eye for detail with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
