Overview As a Project Manager, you will apply your expertise in managing digital campaigns and projects while working closely with creative, technical, and media teams, as well as with local and international clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for receiving briefings, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful execution and delivery of digital projects end to end, in line with quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines. Responsibilities Manage client requests and build direct relationships with their teams. * Act as the main point of contact for local clients. * Receive and manage client briefings and coordinate their execution with internal teams. * Manage projects end to end, from kick-off to final delivery. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: creative, SEO, CRO, web development, graphic and audiovisual production, web analytics, social media, and media. * Manage and plan workloads, timelines, and deliverables. * Work in agile environments, ensuring proper prioritization and efficient execution. * Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. * Oversee digital campaigns (display and social media), conversion-focused landing pages, and web projects. * Ensure executions comply with brand guidelines and quality standards. * Coordinate partners and external resources when required. * Monitor project budgets and manage the entire billing process. * Participate in client meetings and calls. * Be proactive in identifying improvement opportunities for both the client and the agency. * Use project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, and Figma within a Microsoft environment. Qualifications University degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Business/Economics, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience. * At least 2 years of experience managing digital projects, such as campaigns, social media, websites, or digital products. * Previous experience in a digital agency environment. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage deadlines, and closely follow up on tasks and teams. * High multitasking capability and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working with SEO, CRO, development, and analytics teams (technical knowledge not required). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Dynamic, flexible, and proactive mindset. * Advanced level of English (to be assessed during the interview process).
