The Sales Excellence Associate is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing sales processes, and support market and client segmentation. This role requires proactiveness in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Continuous Improvement: Co-lead projects aimed at improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.

* Sales Operations: Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; Pursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP; Help equip our Marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, target lists, and contacts.

* Market and Client Segmentation: Analyze the client portfolio to identify different farming battles per client, prioritize prospects, and improve the quality of our client information in our CRM

Educational Background:

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ideally it should have a solid foundation in business principles and marketing and sales strategies.

Previous Experience:

1-2 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, marketing, or business improvement roles is ideal to thrive in this position.

Desired Skills:

* Analytical Mindset: Solid analytical skills are important for this role. You should be comfortable leveraging data in your analysis, conducting research, and providing insights to support decision-making.

* Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and solution-oriented approach is highly valued. You should be able to identify inefficiencies and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. You will collaborate with sales reps and leadership, so the ability to effectively convey ideas and present information is crucial.

* Team Player: We value collaboration and teamwork. The ability to work well in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a positive work culture is essential.

* Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency, including complex formulas PivotTables/Charts, and building dashboards/models.

* Data Tools: Exposure to Power Query for data transformation and Power BI for visualization/reporting; basic SQL or Power Pivot is a plus. Willingness to learn is more important than prior expertise.
