As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Sales Administrator.

As part of the Sales Administration team and in coordination with the sales, logistics, and finance teams, the Sales Administrator for Spain manages the administrative and commercial aspects of orders destined for the Spanish market, covering the entire process: from order receipt through to delivery, invoicing, payment tracking, and after-sales support.
Key responsibilities will include the following
* manage and process customer orders, verifying data, prices, commercial terms, and availability;
* handle the administrative tracking of orders through to delivery and invoicing;
* coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, delays, issues, returns, and stock replenishment;
* manage invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes, as well as document filing and record-keeping;
* monitor customer payments, inform the sales team of due dates and outstanding balances, and ensure regular follow-up with customers;
* maintain and update databases for customers, products, prices, and commercial terms;
* prepare reports on sales, orders, inventory, and issues for the Spanish market;
* act as a daily liaison between the Spanish and French teams, ensuring seamless communication in both languages;
* handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing quick and reliable solutions;
* ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administration tools and processes.
Perfil
Previous experience in sales administration, commercial support (back-office), B2B customer service, or order management;
Bilingual French/Spanish essential, with excellent command of both languages (spoken and written);
Strong proficiency in office software tools, especially Excel;
Knowledge of the workflow from order to delivery and invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with logistics and finance departments;
Ability to handle issues, complaints, returns, and competing priorities in a dynamic environment;
Service-oriented mindset focused on internal and external customer satisfaction;
Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with contacts in both Spain and France;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity and diplomacy;
