IT Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Specialist who will be the point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the efficiency of daily IT functions.

Responsibilities

* Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
* Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
* Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
* Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters
* Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements

* 2+ years of work experience in related fields
* Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
* Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Passion and interest in games
* Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
