To be part of our dynamic, passionate world we are looking for a "Textile Production Unit Manager" to be charged in our (COMPANY NAME) İzmir factory.

What you can expect:

* Contributing to the creation of company strategies and targets, preparing and implementing the line's activity plans in line with company strategies,
* Coordinating the team working under him/her towards the targets in order to complete the planned production quantities of the line he/she is responsible for and to realize the targets,
* Managing all processes (production flow, workforce planning, machinery & equipment, etc.) for the planning and realization of annual, seasonal, weekly and daily productivity, production quantity and loading targets planned in line with the budget,
* Leading the team to analyze quality problems, planning actions and implementing improvement efforts,
* Managing the employees reporting to him/her within the framework of company procedures and leadership competencies, evaluating business results and managing their development plans,
* Improving systems and processes in line with targets, leading projects.

Your profile:

* Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
* Has leadership experience in textile production processes,
* Innovative with a strategic and holistic perspective,
* Analyzing, quick decision making and critical thinking skills,
* High organizational and planning skills,
* Shows leadership skills,
* High communication skills with employees at all levels,
* Good command of English,
* Good command of MS Office applications.
