Your role:
* Registration of installed products based on sales orders and handover documents in SAP.
* Collect all necessary information required for the registration of new Installed Base (IB) items, including system code, BOM, PMG Serial Number, Tech ID, customer details, project number, and handover date.
* Carrying out on daily basis analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field audits
* Providing solutions and support to user tickets, requests in Middle East , Turkey and Africa Countries.
* Contacting with customers, forwarders and business partners by phone or email
* Solving errors in SAP for existing Install Base records when required
* Managing META Install Base KPI's on-time solution with expected quality
* Supporting DX IB Activities, if needed

You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business management, Customer service
* Fluency in English both verbal and written,
* Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be a strong advantage
* Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
* Strong numerical, analytical and conceptual skills; logical thinker.
