Production Engineering Manager (Structures)

Boeing Engineering Center is currently seeking a Manager to join our Production Engineering (Systems) Team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing project plans, directs all project phases, and acting as primary customer contact for project activities.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
* Acquires resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team, finance, sourcing, and scheduling.
* Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
* Manages via project deliverables, all technical and functional staff assigned to the project.
* Identify and manage actively opportunities, risks, and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation, and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery.
* Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s).
* Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope, with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project.
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations.
* Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and investigate problem areas.
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
* Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
* Effectively run Project meetings from project kick-off to Post-implementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities.

Basic Qualification (Preferred Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Upper Intermediate English is a must.
* Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
* 2+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
* Extensive Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualification:
* 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
