You are:  

* Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus)

* Confident in English and French on at least Intermediate strong level    

* A great team player 

* A professional with customer-first mindset 

* Attentive to details 

* A fast- learner

* Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment 

With you we will:  

* Work closely with Requestors, other E2E teams (Buyers, Accounts Payable etc.) to support ongoing activities;  

* Create and correct Purchase Orders (PO);  

* Check and solve parked and blocked invoices;  

* Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
