Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London's West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. Duties & Responsibilities of the Night Luggage Porter role includes
The Casual Luggage Porter is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with arrival to and departure from the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
* welcome the guest to the hotel in a professional manner
* Offering car valet service were required
* Ensuring the forecourt is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
* A smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
* Assisting guest's during their stay and handling guest complaints were applicable
* Ensuring the hotel lobby is clean and well maintained at all times
* Maximising revenue opportunities through up selling
* Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
