* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to execution quality.
* Ability to work effectively across a complex, matrixed organization while building strong cross-functional relationships.
* Analytical mindset with comfort working with campaign metrics, performance reporting, and marketing data.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to balance structure and process with agility and creativity.
* Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or campaign management tools preferred.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Who You Are
* Highly organized and naturally driven to get things done.
* Curious, coachable, and eager to develop your marketing expertise.
* Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
* Energized by learning a complex business and supporting executive audiences.
* A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable taking initiative and operating independently.
* Someone who embraces Gartner's culture of continuous improvement and brings a growth mindset to every challenge.
