Whether it's a sandwich or a burrito, the (COMPANY NAME) Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when, and where they want it. Our Sales teams are on the frontline introducing restaurants to (COMPANY NAME) Eats and growing our businesses together.
This role will be a hybrid one (sales and account management), where you will lead the growth of the Chinese Grocery category. Initially focusing more on sales, you will focus on bringing on the best Chinese Grocery in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria. As the role matures, you will spend more time forging long term relationships with our best Chinese Grocery stores on the App.
Key responsibilities:
Sales
* Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the UK's top-tier Chinese grocery stores across strategically selected markets.
* Manage complex contract negotiations, specifically including sustainable economics for both parties, with knowledgeable and experienced prospects.
* You will manage the whole sales cycle, including cold calls, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, launch and long term success
Account Management
* Take ownership of your portfolio and drive the business and operational performance
* Build long-term relationships with the partners and deliver exceptional customer service experiences
* Drive on-the-ground knowledge and context about the asian grocery sector into the wider (COMPANY NAME) Eats Grocery & Retail team
* Solve complex issues by ensuring our customer service is prioritised and solved efficiently
What you Need:
* 1+ Year of sales and/or account management experience
* Native Mandarin/Cantonese speaker
* Experience pitching/negotiating/objection handling
* Confident communicator
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills
* Self Starter
* Nice to have: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM system, working knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, GoogleSheets, etc)
