Custodian (Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)

Job Description:

Job Summary

Perform various cleaning, waste removal and supply replenishment duties and aid in maintaining security and snow removal.

Responsibilities

* Dusting all surfaces

* Emptying wastebaskets

* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms

* Replenishing bathroom supplies

* Washing tables and appliances in cafeteria

* Wet and dry mopping of floors and hallways

Skills/Abilities

* Previous custodial experience preferred.

* Must be able to read and comprehend all instructions, warnings on labels, containers and Material Safety Data Sheets associated with the position.

* Must have valid driver's license.

* High School or equivalent knowledge or related experience.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Pay Range: $36,270 - $40,300 (non-exempt)
