Job Description:

We are looking for a highly capable and curious professional to join a fast-moving, strategic programme focused on Generative AI. This role will be responsible for the developing and delivering of GenAI agentic systems. The successful candidate will be part of an international team lead from London - by our GenAI Global lead and IKOS UK CTO - and with other members in Paris and Madrid. Ocassional travel to London might be required The ideal candidate is up to date with the latest developments in GenAI, understands both its potential and limitations, and is comfortable working in an environment that values rapid iteration, cross-functional application and value-driven outputs. Responsibilities: * Design, development, testing, deployment, improvement and support of GenAI tools and agents

Candidate Requirements:

* You must hold a relevant degree (bachelor's or master's) * Hands-on capability to configure, prototype, test and support GenAI tools and agents quickly and reliably. * Experience with enterprise GenAI products and governance, especially M365 Copilot / enterprise chat usage, Copilot Studio / Gemini Agent platform, orchestration, basic RAG and platform tools/connectors. * Ability to support software integration, deployment and QA. * Comfortable with a fail-fast and rapid iteration approach. * Strong practical troubleshooting and willingness to work across product, technology, operations and technical delivery needs. * Useful exposure to more capable vendor-hosted PC-controlling agents, with awareness of their governance trade-offs and capabilities. * Comfort supporting simple to moderate productization work around restricted, bounded engineering tools
