About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and process-oriented Data Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data that powers our go-to-market systems and analytics. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance by maintaining high data integrity standards throughout the revenue lifecycle.
Key Tasks:
* Develop and implement data quality standards, validation rules, and QA processes across CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue systems.
* Perform regular data audits to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, duplications, and inconsistencies.
* Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are properly enforced.
* Create automated data quality checks, dashboards, and reports to monitor the health of key data sets (e.g., accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline).
* Work with cross-functional teams to document and standardize data entry, enrichment, and integration processes.
* Support data migration, system integration, and cleansing initiatives to maintain a single source of truth.
* Provide root cause analysis for recurring data quality issues and recommend preventive solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
* 2-5 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or data governance-ideally within Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce and its data structures.
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
* Experience with data governance or master data management (MDM) tools.
* Knowledge of data privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
* Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
