Job Description:

CYMITQUIMICA is the ecommerce leader in the distribution of fine chemicals and life science products for lab professionals. CymitQuimica belongs to the (COMPANY NAME) group, a leading company in the Hospital sector.

CymitQuimica is a tech-based company. As a consequence of our strong growth we are looking for a Business Developer. We expect this new colleague will help to speed up our international growth among pharma companies, and life science and quality control labs.

The job entails mainly:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
· Define and drive key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
· Manage and develop business for our own brands, from suppliers to end clients, including the internal processes.
· Manage and expand the existing distributors' netwok.
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
· Visit customers regularly to build healthy commercial relationships.
· Collaborate with the customer service & marketing department to effectively market and promote the product portfolio.
· Be the company representative in congresses and trade fairs.

We would love to incorporate to our team a person with the following characteristics and
knowledge:
· Growth-oriented, hands-on, empathetic, with attention to detail, and team player
· Excellent communication skills in a friendly and professional style
· Scientific background (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, etc.) ideally with experience in a research or quality control lab.
· Interest in growth methodologies in tech companies and tech culture
· A solid business-acumen and experience in managing products, brands or projects, and making them grow.
· Good command of English and Spanish and Catalan. Other languages will be valued (German, Italian, French, Mandarin).
