We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations. We'll look to you for - Support the planning and implementation of transformation projects - Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities - Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement) - Prepare project plans, status reports, and presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams
