Supply Chain Project Management Specialist - VIE Contract
* Location: Spain, Barcelona
* Target start date: 01/10/2026
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job
As Supply Chain Project Management Specialist VIE within our Supply Chain Project & Business Excellence team, you'll support managing the pipeline of the projects and deliver them as per the business expectations, in budget, ensuring value realization and in adherence to the standards.
This position is to cover the full Customer Fulfillment scope; leading initiatives related to projects that are relate to Customer Fulfillment activities and transversal into the organization.

Main responsibilities:
* Lead projects related to Customer Fulfillment stream to be implement in the countries as defined in a global level.
* Take accountability and lead efficiencies assessments and solution implementation.
* Bring to discussion ideas and solution to improve Customer Fulfillment Projects.
* Analyzing the risks implementation and creating solutions.
* Be accountable of connect all dots and act as a liaison among stakeholders.
* Understand the countries best practices to share with the markets the opportunities to continuous improvement.
* Planning projects with team members and higher-level professionals, Extreme discipline on process documentation / standardization / execution to drive critical improvement changes.
* Be accountable and empowered to lead challenges in the projects implementation.
About you
Experience:
* Previous experience in and knowledge of Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing Processes, Continuous improvement (LEAN and Agile Methodology), SC Tools and Digital transformation.
Soft and technical skills:
* Advanced communication, problem-solving, presentation and influencing skills.
* Adaptability and capacity to work transversally.
* Agile and holistic thinking, proactiveness.

* Advanced knowledge of MS tools (especially Excel), Power BI and similar tools.
Education:
* Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care Management, Digital or similar field.
Languages:
* Advanced English knowledge, Spanish and French would only be a plus.
