Start your career in Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing ! Join the Global Procurement Organization, through an exciting VIE as Software Category Buyer, based in San Sebastian de los Reyes, Spain. You will drive end-to-end sourcing activities for software categories, managing suppliers, leading negotiations, and delivering value across a global procurement scope. Main missions : Your role : Support Global Procurement and business teams on key projects, including performance tracking, reporting, and value delivery Contribute to contract negotiations to secure optimal service levels and commercial conditions Identify, prioritize, and formalize stakeholder needs and requirements Contribute to plan and execute global sourcing and negotiation strategies Own dedicated supplier lifecycle management, including evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management Drive continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes and communication Contribute to develop a dedicated supplier panel while ensuring alignment with procurement strategy Education : Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering Experience : 1-2 years of experience inPurchasing, Supply Chain Management is a plus (internships and apprenticeships are fully valued) Skills and mindset : Fluent in English Strong procurement mindset, with first experience in negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills Analytical and detail oriented Proificiency in Excel and PowerPoint Curiosity for IT & Telecom topics, with an interest in understanding technical and contractual environments Excellent communication and networking abilities, work effectively in cross-functional and international environments Proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and suggest improvements Adaptable, dynamic, and resilient, thriving in fast-paced environments What's in it for you ?
