## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities * Responsible for all the manufacturing aspects of the Program in plant mission last from the program award (end of phase 1) till SOP + 6 months. * Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment. * In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers * According to the PMS, define the plant launch team required resources (workload, competencies and profiles) and coordinate its activities. * Act as the interface between the Industrial Program Leader and the plant. * Process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives. * Ensure the achievement of Process, Equipment and Facility FMEA, PPAP, (ISIR) documentation. * Coordinate installation and launch of all production equipment and tooling * Support the Production Ramp-up. ## Your profile and competencies to succeed The ideal candidate will have/be: * Experience at automotive sector * Having knowledge about Project/Program management * Fluent in English * Analytical thinker, team player Strong in technical problem solving ## What we can do for you * You will work within an international team full of energy; * You will work on challenges that matter; * You will find a strong emphasis on talent development and abundant opportunities for growth; * You will have the autonomy to launch processes and to be accountable for them as a process owner; * A powerful VIE community spirit within Forvians. ## Why join us FORVIA, a global automotive technology supplier, comprises the complementary technology and industrial strengths of Faurecia and HELLA.
