Our Accounting Department is looking for a Management Accounting Business Partner (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Product Costing and Inventory Valuation to join our global team. In this role, you will drive financial transparency by leading key processes such as Product Costing, Value Flow Management, Inventory Valuation and Intercompany Profit Elimination, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting across all regions.

In addition to our diverse benefits, you can expect an attractive starting salary between EUR87.200/year and EUR105.900/year plus a variable component for a full-time position. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.

What You Will Do:
* Lead end-to-end Management Accounting processes, with emphasis on Inventory Valuation and Product Costing.
* Act as a subject matter expert for Product Costing and Inventory Valuation, supporting global stakeholders and ensuring compliance with IFRS, IAS (esp. IAS 2), HGB, and company policies.
* Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and IT teams to improve SAP-based processes (CO, FI, PP-PI, MM, SD).
* Drive month-end close activities and support analysis of production and non-production value flows.
* Lead and contribute to global sub-projects related to value flow harmonization, reorganizations, and regulatory updates.
* Support the identification and resolution of data quality issues and ensure the appropriateness and harmonization of value flows.
* Deliver training, documentation and guidance to local accounting teams and shared service centers.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve process efficiency, compliance and transparency across the value chain.

What We Are Looking For:
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
* Several years of relevant experience in Controlling, Inventory Valuation, or Management Accounting.
* Strong knowledge of SAP CO/FI, logistics modules and ideally S/4HANA.
* Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, IAS (esp, IAS 2), HGB).
* Experience with Excel, BW, Access and valuation tools.
* Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
