Stellenbeschreibung Your Role As a Junior Media Campaign Manager & Analyst, you will support the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across the DACH region. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery, from initial setup to reporting, while building strong analytical and operational expertise. Verantwortlichkeiten Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Coordination Support end-to-end campaign management: setup, trafficking, monitoring and wrap-up Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and tracking elements with internal teams and external stakeholders Assist in ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time Monitor campaign delivery and flag any issues or inconsistencies Quality Control & Optimization Check campaign parameters, creatives and tracking to ensure alignment with client brief Review, with account management team, creative assets, trackings, etc to ensure accuracy to the brief Validate technical specifications and requirements for campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry-standard Work with internal teams to optimize campaigns, according to clients requirements & objectives Support optimization initiatives based on performance and client objectives Identify and escalate technical or delivery issues when needed Reporting & Analysis Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display and good performance of the campaign Extract, organize and interpret campaign data to identify trends and insights Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, including delivery & performances KPIs Sharing reports to the client / Participate in client or internal meetings when required Qualifikationen Profile & Skills First experience (internship or 1-2 years) in digital marketing, media or ad-tech Strong interest in data analysis and digital campaign performance with understanding of programmatic advertising and ad-tech ecosystems Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with campaign management or reporting tools is a Languages Fluent in German and English Zusatzinformationen What We Offer A dynamic and international environment within a leading ad-tech company Hands-on experience with innovative digital media and programmatic solutions Strong learning opportunities and career development Flexible and hybrid working model Opportunity to work on campaigns for well-known brands across the DACH region We are a values-driven company that puts fairness, excellent and flexible working conditions, and international teamwork at the center of everything we do. Requerimientos del candidato/a:
