As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Find optimal multi-modal transport solutions to ensure prompt and safe delivery of cargo to destination
* Customer channel management
* Case Management
* Customer onboarding and relationship management
* Contract and dispute management
* Administrative stream
* Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer in the organization
* Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics
* Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers
* Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests
* Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks/responsibilities

We are looking for
* Proven experience in customer service in Logistics/shipping
* Experience as a freight forwarder
* Experience with pharma customers will be an asset
* Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
* Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and German is an asset
* Customer first mindset
* A Team Player
