Join the Controlling Department of HUTCHINSON PFW Aerospace Plant located in Speyer, 50 km far from Heidelberg, Germany and participate in the transformation and development of this more than 100 years old company that accompanied the rise of aviation and joined the HUTCHINSON Group in 2019. PFW is targeting 3 markets : aeronautics, defense & space. As a TIER 1 supplier, PFW is delivering high value parts to the OEMs and actively participates in the design of the future of this industry. PFW employs over 2 200 people at its locations in Speyer (Germany), Nuneaton (UK, and Izmir (Turkey). Speyer site hosts the teams working for the plant as well as the headquarters of the Division including a Tech Center. PFW Aerospace GmbH generated more than 300 million revenues in 2022. As a member Plant Controlling Team, you will be participating to the main financial processes & contribute to value creation and performance optimization through professional financial planning, transparent reporting, and critical performance analysis. Your main missions are : * Participating to the closing and rolling forecast processes, * Delivering insightful management reports to the relevant stakeholders, * Supporting the controllers in the analysis of the performance of the plant and participating in the challenge of the Operations, * Participating in any special project which may arise during the mission, * Taking ownership of the CAPEX reporting and positioning yourself as their finance business partner, * Participating in the standardization of the process across the Division and promoting a continuous improvement approach

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Specialisation : Controlling, Finance, International Management, Information systems Level of education : Master / Bac+5 Technical skills : - must : finance & controlling, suite windows especially Excel advanced user - plus : experience in costing in manufiacturing environment, information systems (Power BI, SAP), lean management Spoken languages - must : english (C1), german (min A2) Soft skills : adaptability / curiosity, strong communication skills, result oriented, integrity
