Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Reliable work: You will take care of NOSTAS - internal company collateral shipment process
* Reporting: You will assist in preparing reports - requesting and accumulating data through various systems, sharing this information with internal and external stakeholders
* Take responsibility: You will support with marcom activities and coordination - including preparation of communication, overviews, descriptions and other ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program in communications, marketing or similar
* Way of working: You work in a structured and organized manner and enjoy handling data and reporting tasks
* Tools: You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and you have already gained some experience with Tableau
* Language skills: You are fluent in English and ideally have basic German skills

* Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
* High school report

Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
