Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic Development Manager to lead our fast-paced, full-stack team known as the Protopia team within the Business AI unit. This role is perfect for those experienced in not only building prototypes but also fully-fledged products, and who thrive in customer and partner engagement.

What You Will Do:

* Steer the ongoing evolution of the Protopia team, within the Business AI unit.

* Evaluate new ideas and collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to prioritize projects that promise significant business impact.

* Forge and maintain alliances to develop fast, high-value MVPs with the potential for standardization.

* Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and actively participate in testing new ideas.

* Provide your team with the support and space needed for creativity, helping them build impactful and meaningful products.

What You Bring:

* Proven experience managing an international team in a dynamic environment.

* A collaborative and open attitude, paired with creativity and curiosity.

* Comfort with uncertainty and a readiness to explore new avenues while committing to see projects through to completion.

* A strong focus on product and business value, with a keen ability to drive projects that align with strategic goals.

* Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in both generative AI techniques and traditional AI methodologies.

* Sufficient programming and technical skills to comfortably engage in development discussions and project prioritization.
