An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/d) to join Rolls-Royce in Dahlewitz close to Berlin.

Key Accountabilities
* Planning and implementation of the production system for engine assembly including line balancing, factory layout, intralogistics,
* Time and motion studies with REFA time recordings and statistical evaluation of processes based on actual times,
* Layout drawings in 2D and 3D,
* Simulation of production and logistics systems,
* Independent technical management of projects in the area of ​​factory design and layout and continuous improvement process.

Key Experiences and any Qualifications
* University degree: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering/production engineering,
* Ability to communicate in German and English,
* Knowledge of REFA/MTM, workplace guidelines (ASR) and HOAI desirable,
* IT knowledge: CAD software, Plant Simulation or comparable software knowledge,
* Experience in comparable industries such as aviation, special machinery, transport desirable.
