To support this growth, we are looking for a motivated Working Student Healthcare Business Development and Operations (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
Your Role
* Setup and maintenance of a CRM: Identifying and implementing a tool for capturing business opportunities in the healthcare team that will support the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
* Newsletter planning and implementation: Launching our new healthcare newsletter, planning and compiling content from the team, developing your own content ideas, and ensuring the newsletter is sent out reliably
* Event planning: Support the planning of an upcoming launch event in New York, including content planning and engagement of the Statista expert network, creation of marketing materials and planning of marketing and promotional initiatives
* Landing page development: Develop ideas for our healthcare landing page, contribute your own suggestions, and gather ideas from the team to turn into content
* Business development operations: Work closely with our Healthcare Business Development Manager to support business development projects and decision-making by conducting research, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and facilitating discussions
Your skills
* Enrollment: You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year
* Basic understanding of CRM and the ability to use relevant software tools or to quickly learn how to use them
* First experience with newsletter tools or communication campaigns, template- and content-setup
* Experience in event and meeting organization and planning, especially by bringing together multiple stakeholders
* Language: Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
