Working Student in Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications (all genders)
Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

Join our team and support us in exciting projects across social media, e-commerce, and content creation. At Schleich, you're not just part of the journey - you help shape it! Your Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Advertising: Create engaging, performance-driven ads for platforms like Meta, Pinterest and more - always aligned with the latest trends
* Content Management: Contribute to campaign content on our website - from selecting visuals and writing copy (in multiple European languages) to coordinating with agencies and uploading content to our shop system
* E-Commerce Support: Assist with shop updates, the creation of landing pages and our weekly "Deals of the Week" across European e-commerce markets
* Email Marketing: Design our weekly newsletter, manage translations and analyze campaign performance through regular A/B testing
* Project Work & Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, enhance your project management skills and bring your ideas to life What Awaits You at Schleich

Your story so far:

* You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Media Management, E-Business or a related field
* you can work on-site in Munich
* You're digitally savvy, passionate about social media and have a strong sense of trends
* You're proactive, eager to learn and enjoy taking on new responsibilities independently
* You're confident using MS Office tools, especially Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Ideally, you have some initial experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (e.g. through internships)
* You speak fluent German and English - additional European languages are a plus
