Position Summary Als Pharmaberater (m/w/d) bei GSK beraten Sie Gesundheitsfachkräfte wissenschaftlich und kommerziell. Sie tragen Verantwortung für das Gebietsergebnis und arbeiten eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Medizin, Marketing und Market Access zusammen. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Führen evidenzbasierter, wissenschaftlicher und beratender Gespräche mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten und weiteren Zielgruppen. - Verantworten von Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung im Verkaufsgebiet durch Umsetzung des Gebietsplans. - Analysieren von Verkaufs- und Marktdaten und Ableiten konkreter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung. - Planen und Durchführen von medizinischen Fortbildungen, Praxisbesuchen und lokalen Veranstaltungen innerhalb der regulatorischen Vorgaben. - Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen. - Mitarbeit an lokalen Projekten und Erstellung praxisnaher Empfehlungen oder SOPs für Institutionen. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Qualifikation nach § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz oder staatlich geprüfter Pharmareferent bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation. - Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Außendienst- oder Vertriebsrolle, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Gesundheitsumfeld. - Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und verordnungsrelevanter Rahmenbedingungen. - Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen. - Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit im Verkaufsgebiet. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Erfahrung in der Interpretation wissenschaftlicher Studien und Nutzung von Daten im Kundendialog. - Erfahrung in Planung und Moderation von Fortbildungen oder größeren Veranstaltungen. - Starkes Zuhören, überzeugende Kommunikations- und Einflussfähigkeiten. - Hohe Lernagilität, ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken. - Gute Englischkenntnisse zur Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen. - Erfahrung in einfachen Projektmanagement-Aufgaben und in der Zusammenarbeit mit klinischen Netzwerken. Arbeitsmodell Diese Rolle ist feldbasiert mit regelmäßigen Vor-Ort-Terminen im Verkaufsgebiet. Flexibler Home-Office-Anteil ist je nach lokaler Regelung möglich. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer's discretion). All benefits arising from the applicable collective bargaining agreement, such as holiday allowance and additional paid time off, will be provided in full, in accordance with that agreement and German law.
