Client Advisor (Part-Time | 24 Hours) - Munich, Germany

Salary: EUR19 per hour (EUR23,712 per year) + Team & Individual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An internationally renowned French luxury childrenswear Maison is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join its beautiful boutique in the heart of Munich .

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a prestigious luxury brand celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and outstanding client experience.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the commercial success of the boutique.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to local and international clientele.

- Achieving individual sales targets and supporting the boutique's overall performance.

- Building and maintaining a loyal client base.

- Maintaining impeccable boutique standards and visual presentation.

- Supporting stock deliveries, replenishment and day-to-day boutique operations.

- Working collaboratively within a close-knit team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience within premium or luxury retail.
A passion for luxury fashion and exceptional customer service.
A strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales targets.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach.
Fluent German and a good level of English.

Contract & Working Hours

Permanent Part-Time Contract (24 hours per week)
Three days per week with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 (Sunday closed).

Salary & Benefits

EUR19 per hour (EUR23,712 annual salary based on 24 hours)
Team bonus based on boutique performance.
