Sobre el rol
En Haleon Argentina buscamos un/a Site Service Lead para incorporarse al equipo local de Digital & Tech. Su misión será garantizar la operación estable y segura de la infraestructura tecnológica del sitio, incluyendo redes, hosting, soporte en sitio, impresión y comunicaciones, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos locales y regionales.
Responsabilidades principales
* Liderar las operaciones diarias de infraestructura (redes, hosting) y servicios IT (deskside support, terceros).
* Gestionar y escalar incidentes tecnológicos, minimizando interrupciones en la operación.
* Fungir como punto de contacto local con equipos centrales y regionales de Tech.
* Colaborar con áreas como Ingeniería, Producción, Warehouse, Laboratorio y Calidad en temas con dependencias OT/IT.
* Monitorear métricas de servicio en ServiceNow, coordinar auditorías y gestionar acciones correctivas.
* Ejecutar actividades propias de compliance: Change Control, Risk Management, Incident Management y estándares EHS y GMP.
* Identificar oportunidades de mejora digital y de infraestructura.
* Asegurar que todas las tareas se realicen conforme a normativas regulatorias y políticas corporativas.

Requisitos
Formación
* Analista de Sistemas, Administración de Redes o carreras afines.
* Nivel de Inglés: Avanzado
Experiencia
* 5 años en puestos similares, en entornos de manufactura regulada (FMCG, healthcare, consumer goods).
Conocimientos técnicos
* Infraestructura: redes, hosting, servicios cloud.
* Experiencia con Azure y PowerApps (deseable).
* Conocimientos en entornos regulados, ITMS/QMS, GMP.
* Herramientas como ServiceNow.
* Experiencia o exposición a OT/IT.
* Agile, Lean o Six Sigma (deseable).
Habilidades interpersonales
* Capacidad de comunicar temas técnicos en términos de negocio.
* Autonomía para gestionar tareas y prioridades.
* Buena relación con distintos stakeholders internos y proveedores externos
