Planning and maintaining the global CRM strategy for HEAD.com and creating different CRM activities to increase customer retention
Increase revenue through automated E-Mail marketing and cross-channel campaigns together with marketing and analyze campaign performance
Define the customer journey using data and input from HEAD markets and sales organizations
Turn data insights into consumer-centered actions, creating relevant touch points with the HEAD audience
Own and develop the loyalty program Club HEAD; Grow and regularly clean up the current database and apply customer segmentation tactics to improve targeted communication

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Strong retail background and several years of experience in a CRM role in an international environment
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM platforms
Confidence in operating with Adobe Commerce programs
Advanced spoken and written English, German language skills are a plus
A passion for working with data and comfortable with analytical tools e.g. GA4
